The Bride Came C.O.D. Overview:

The Bride Came C.O.D. (1941) was a Comedy - Romance Film directed by William Keighley and produced by Hal B. Wallis and William Cagney.

SYNOPSIS

Heiress Davis is about to elope and has hired roughneck pilot Cagney to fly her and her intended to Las Vegas for the nuptials. Joan's father, however, strenuously objects to the wedding, and offers Cagney some much-needed cash to thwart the plans. They warm up during the flight, and land in the desert - and in hot water. Odd romantic pairing of drama diva and tough guy.
