Centennial Summer (1946) was a Historical - Musical Film directed by Otto Preminger and produced by Otto Preminger.

SYNOPSIS

A Kern musical about a family with two lovely daughters living in Philadelphia in 1876. The father invents clocks but earns his living working for the railroad. The two sisters become rivals for a handsome and charming young Frenchman who arrives in Philadelphia for the Exposition of 1876. The film features the Oscar-nominated song, "All Through the Day."
