SYNOPSIS
Lots of heartache and heavy drinking in this melodrama about the tortured marriage of a young composer and her conductor husband. The great conductor is a hopeless philanderer and alcoholic, and the composer reluctantly leaves the marriage. But love conquers all, and the estranged partners find their way back into each other's arms.
