Boomerang Overview:

Boomerang (1947) was a Film Noir - Crime Film directed by Elia Kazan and produced by Darryl F. Zanuck and Louis de Rochemont.

SYNOPSIS

Kazan's gangbuster film noir docu-drama about an innocent man browbeaten into confessing to the murder of a minister. Andrews is the D.A. who decides to dig deeper into what seems like an open-and-shut case. Look for playwright Arthur Miller in the suspect lineup. Based on an article by Anthony Abbott in Reader's Digest.
