Main Street and 2nd Street in Dean's hometown of Fairmount, IN, was dedicated on Sept. 30, 1995 and features a bust of James Dean by Hollywood artist Kenneth Kendall.

On the edge of downtown Fairmount, you'll find a beautiful bust of James Dean, made by late sculptor Kenneth Kendall. Kendall created the bust of Dean for Griffith Park Observatory, but Fairmount, IN, holds a replica of the bust.
