The Woman Racket Facts
Although the onscreen credits for the play lists both Phillip Dunning and Frances Dunning as the authors, only Philip is credited as the author in the Broadway playbill and in the published book of the play.
The film was also issued in a silent version, where Fred Niblo Jr. was probably credited onscreen for "titles," but no details are known. He was not credited in the sound version.

The play opened on Broadway in New York City, New York, USA on 12 September 1928 and had 117 performances. The opening night cast included Norman Foster and Porter Hall.
Nita Martan was not seen in the movie, although the character of "Rita" is mentioned. There is a possibility that the Turner library print viewed is not complete, since this is known to be an 8-reel movie, while the Turner print, at 70 minutes, would normally be a 7-reel movie.
