The Boss (1956) was a Drama - Western Film directed by Byron Haskin and produced by John Payne.

SYNOPSIS

This hard-boiled social drama stars B-movie regular Payne in one of his finest roles as WWI veteran Matt Brady. Brady comes back from a ravaged Europe with nothing to lose. His brother Tim (Roberts), who runs the town's rackets, drops dead with a heart attack and Matt takes over the town.
