The last appearance of the Goofy Gophers and the only cartoon that features the Goofy Gophers and Daffy Duck.
The title deed which the gophers show Daffy names Cecil Elliott (a veteran character actress) as "Notary Sojak." This last term is modified from Bill Holman's "Smokey Stover" comic strip which often featured the catchphrase "Notary Sojac".
The only Goofy Gophers cartoon in which Mel Blanc voices both Mac and Tosh.
