In a rare departure, Bugs is briefly depicted as having five fingers, instead of the usual four (as his hand is searching for the carrot on the magician's hat).
It is one of the few cartoons in which Bugs doesn't say his famous catchphrase "Eh, what's up, Doc?".
Bugs Bunny says, "If I dood it, I get a whippin'. I dood it!" The line is a reference to Red Skelton's radio character, the Mean Widdle Kid.
