'Mary Brian (I)' was under contract with Paramount at the time, and was borrowed by Radio Pictures for this film. She replaced 'Mary Astor (I)', who was originally slated for the lead role. Jack Mulhall and Noel Francis were also supposed to be in this film, but they were replaced.
A complete, full color version of this film cannot be located, although it is believed that a black and white copy of most of it has been preserved.
Musical numbers from an aborted project called "Radio Revels of 1930" were incorporated into this film.
This film survives in black and white only.
